how do i get started ?

hello,

i did the erchius-quest. now my ship works.

i checked the moons. some very smart person thought its  great idea to protect a moon. now other ppl cant mine fuel and wont leave the system...
any other ways of obtaining said fuel ?

 

EDIT:
you can buy fuel in the outpost, very cheap.

Normally, you should get also some fuel from the start when you start the game via multiplayer.
